Inspired by the beloved southern jambalaya, this pie is loaded with fresh bell peppers, green onions, a mixture of andouille sausage, chicken and shrimp with spiced rice in a tomato sauce. It’s not Jambalaya without a little bit of heat! This pie has got a tiny kick of spice.
