Our take on the classic Irish meal! It starts with a layer of traditional Colcannon which is mashed potatoes whipped with oven roasted cabbage and bacon. Loaded on top of that, we add slow roasted corned beef shredded and mixed with carrots in a tangy house-made cream sauce.
